Brooke Mueller  (Actress)

Charle Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, was arrested in September 1996 for DUI and property damage. She was arrested again in March 2001 (mug shot) for cocaine possession.

 
 
Actor Charlie Sheen was arrested in Aspen on Dec. 25, 2009 after investigating a 911 call from his wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen. According to the police, Sheen was arrested after the police found a "serious" domestic incident had occurred at the couple's home.

Sheen was arrested and charged with second-degree felony assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief. A mandatory protection order was also issued preventing Sheen from having any contact with his wife until the case is settled.

 
 
Terrence Howard was arrested in Pennsylvania in September 2001 for assaulting his estranged wife, Lori McCommas. According to the police reports, Howard "showed up at the victim's residence, broke the front door down and ran through the house breaking through the screen door in the kitchen. Howard then grabbed the victim's left arm and punched her twice with a closed fist in the left side of her face."

Howard later pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, were arrested on Sept. 24, 2009, in Marfa, Texas for allegedly skipping out on a $10,000 California hotel bill from the San Ysidro Ranch near Santa Barbara.

 
 
Kiefer Sutherland (Actor)

On October 9th, 2007, Sutherland pled no contest to a DUI charge and received a 48-day jail sentence. This mug shot was taken on December 6, 2007, when he surrendered to the Glendale Police Department to begin his jail term.

 
 
On July 14, 2008, Shante Broadus, wife of rapper Snoop Dogg, was arrested and taken to jail for being under investigation for driving under the influence of alcohol.

 
 
At the age of 19, rap singer 50 Cent plead guilty to selling heroin and crack cocaine.

In a more recent case, 50 Cent was sentenced to two years probation on July 22, 2005 from an incident in May 2004 when 50 Cent jumped into the audience after being hit with a water bottle. He was charged with three counts of assault and battery.

 
 
Tim Allen (actor)

On May 24, 1997, Allen was charge with drunk driving and doing 70 miles per hour in a 40 mile-per-hour zone. It wasn't his first visit with the inside of a jail. In October 1978, Allen was arrested on a felony drug charge when authorities caught him carrying 1.4 pounds of cocaine. He ended up doing only 2-1/2 years in prison because he testified against his drug partner.

He was arrested again in November 1979, and spent 28 months in the Sandstone Federal Correctional Institution on drug possession.

 

   
Anthony Anderson(actor)

On July 28, 2004, while filming the motion picture "Hustle & Flow," Anderson, 33, and crew member Wayne Witherspoon, 42, were arrested and charged with raping a female movie extra who was visiting Anderson's trailer.

The woman claimed the two violated her with their hands and took nude pictures of her without her consent. According to the AP, Memphis' Judge Anthony Johnson said, "This is absolutely the most suspicious case I've ever heard." and later dismissed the charges.

   
Actor Daniel Baldwin, 46, was arrested in Santa Monica, California on November 7, 2006, after allegedly stealing a friend's SUV. Police investigating the theft checked his hotel room and discovered illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.

He was charged with drug possession and auto theft, but failed to show up for his court date on the theft charges. On February 6, 2007 an arrest warrant was issued for his failure to appear for his arraignment.

   
James Brown (Soul King)

In January 2004, Brown was arrested on a domestic violence charge after his 33-year-old wife, Tomi Rea Brown, called police to report that Brown pushed her onto the ground during an argument. She suffered scratches and bruises on her arm and hip. Brown ended up pleading no contest and paid $1,087 as punishment.

   
Johnny Cash, Singer

In October 1965, Cash was arrested for being in possession of hundreds of tranquilizers and pep pills after U.S. Custom agents searched his luggage when he returned from a trip to Juarez, Mexico. After spending the night in jail, he pleaded guilty, received a 30-day sentence, and had to pay a $1,000 fine.

   
June 23, 1996 - Robert Downey, Jr. was arrested for driving drunk and being in possession of Mexican Black Tar heroin, crack, cocaine and an unloaded .357 Magnum revolver. He was sentenced to three years probation.

December 8, 1997 - Downey was sentenced to six months in jail for violating parole.

November 25, 2000 - Downey was arrested for cocaine and Valium possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

April 24, 2001 - Downey was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Eminem was arrested on May 4, 2000, after he got into a fight outside a nightclub with a man who was kissing his estranged wife. He was charged with having a concealed weapon and assault. A month later, on June 3, he received an additional charge of carrying a concealed weapon after he got into an argument with Douglas Dail outside an audio electronics store.

   
In 1970, Jane Fonda was arrested for kicking a police officer who was arresting her for a large amount of pills she had in her possession. Charges were dropped when it was determined that the pills were vitamins.

Gates was arrested in Albuquerque in 1977 for running a stop sign and driving without a license. Apparently, Gates had a hard time sticking to driving laws. In 1975, he was arrested for speeding and driving without a license and in 1989, he was arrested for suspicion of driving drunk, but the charges were later reduced.

   
On July 28, 2006, actor, director, and producer Mel Gibson was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence while speeding (87 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone) in Malibu, California.

The intoxicated Gibson became belligerent with police during his arrest and according to L.A. County Sheriff's Deputy James Mee's report, Gibson used bad language, threatened the arresting officer, repeatedly banged himself against the police car interior and made anti-Semitic statements, including telling the policeman that, "The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

On August 18, Gibson pleaded no contest to one count of driving with blood alcohol content above .08%. The other charges were dropped, and he was sentenced to three years probation, 90-day alcohol-abuse program, 12 months of Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and fined $1,300 with a 90-day license restriction. Gibson volunteered to do public-service announcements on hazards of drinking and driving, and to enter rehab.

   
Hugh Grant, Actor

On June 27, 1995, Grant was arrested for engaging in oral copulation with a prostitute, Diving Brown, while parked in his BMW. He was fined $1,180 and received two-year's probation.

   
Woody Harrelson, Actor

Harrelson was arrested in 1982 for disorderly conduct for dancing in the middle of the street. He was also charged for resisting arrest after he ran from the police.

   
Dennis Hopper, Actor (Died 29 May 2010)

Hopper was arrested after he fled from a traffic accident that he caused in Taos, Mexico. He was charged with careless driving, fleeing the accident and not informing police of the accident. He received a $250 fine and spent 20 minutes in jail.

   
R. Kelly (Singer) was charged with 14 counts of child pornography and illegally engaging in sexual acts with a minor between November 1997 and February 2002.

On July 24, 2007, Lindsay Lohan was arrested in Santa Monica on DUI and drug (cocaine) possession charges and driving with a suspended license. Her arrest came just a week after the actress was released from a 45-day residential treatment facility.

Ozzy Osbourne (singer, rock star legend)

In May 1984, Osbourne was arrested in Memphis and charged with public intoxication after Ozzy was seen staggering drunk around Beale Street. It was not the first time Osbourne posed for a mug shot. In February 1982, Osbourne was arrested in San Antonio, Texas after he lifted up his dress (yes, he was wearing a dress) and urinated on the Alamo. Feeling regrets for his actions, he returned in October and played a concert and donated $10,000 to the Alamo.

Tupac Shakur  (rapper) - Died 13 Sept 1996

On November 18, 1993, 2Pac Shakur was arrested for sexually abusing a 19-year-old woman, who he met in a New York nightclub, and allegedly sodomized and sexually abused with three of his friends. In 1995, 2Pac was sentenced to prison for up to four and a half years, but received an early release after a few months. In September 1996, the 25-year-old Shakur was shot four times in the chest and died from the wounds.

   
Frank Sinatra, Actor + Singer - Died 14 May 1998

In 1938, a 23-year-old Frank Sinatra was arrested in Bergen County, N.J. on charges of seduction and adultery. According to the FBI reports, "On the second and ninth days of November 1938 at the Borough of Lodi" and "under the promise of marriage" Sinatra "did then and there have sexual intercourse with the said complainant, who was then and there a single female of good repute." This, the charge stated, was "contrary and in violation of the revised statute of 1937." The charges were later dismissed when it was determined that the woman involved was married.

   
In August 1993, Snoop Doggy Dogg was arrested as an accomplice in the murder of Phillip Woldermarian. According to reports, Snoop's bodyguard, McKinley Lee, shot Woldermarian as Snoop drove the vehicle. The two claimed self-defense, claiming Woldermarian was stalking Snoop. Snoop was cleared of all charges in February 1996 with the help of his lawyer, Johnny Cochran, one of O.J. Simpson's lawyers.

   
 

Steve-O aka Steve Glover - Jackass prankster/actor

Steve-O was arrested in August 2002 in Louisiana for a stunt during a nightclub performance where he stapled his scrotum to his thigh and in the process exposed himself.

He was charged with obscenity and accessory to second-degree battery in another incident that involved a bouncer in the club ramming the head of one of the patrons into the bar. In a plea agreement, he received a year's probation and was forbidden to perform in Terrebonne Parish.

In May 2003, Glover was in Stockholm, Sweden and bragged to a reporter that he swallowed a condom filled with marijuana. Sweden has very tough drug laws and promptly arrested Glover. He was fined and released after pleading guilty to two counts of drug possession.

 

   
Chris Tucker, Actor/Comedian

On April 19, 2005, comedian Chris Tucker was arrested in McDuffie County, Georgia for reckless driving and fleeing to elude after he did not pull over immediately. Sheriffs claimed he was driving 109 mph on Interstate 20 in his 2005 Bentley Continental GT. Tucker claimed he was in a hurry because he was late for church.

   
Mike Tyson - Boxer

Mike Tyson has been arrested numerous times throughout his lifetime. This mug shot was taken when he was arrested on July 22, 1991 for raping a Miss Black America contestant, Desiree Washington, at the boxer's hotel room. On February 10, 1992, he was found guilty on one charge of rape and two counts of deviate sexual conduct and sentenced to 10 years in prison, of which four years were suspended.

Shea LaBeouf, Actor

"Indiana Jones" and "Transformers" star Shea LaBeouf on November 2, 2008, in Chicago after refusing to leave a Walgreens store at 2 a.m. According to reports, a security guard asked an allegedly intoxicated LaBeouf to leave the store, but he ignored the request. LeBeouf was charged with criminal trespassing.
