Back Ground:

Development of Bespoke based software within an array covering mainly Windows and Linux platforms on many different programming languages.

 

Low Level : Z80 Assembly, 6502, 68000 & PIC RISC Programming basic knowledge (learning PICs)

Low Level: Bios Programming with knowledge of Award, Pheonix & Trend with awareness of reverse.

High Level: BC7, MPLAB, Visual Basic/Studio, VB-DOS, VB.NET, VBA, DBASIC

 

Projects developed during the 1990s

Database for handing and managing a doctors surgery, created for DOS users which was used to add, modify and search criteria's for certain patients.

 

Spread-Sheet bespoke program for a previous employer which was used to calculate and store quality control data. (DOS)

 

A test module for the same employer for checking colour palettes against quality control and colour matching charts. (DOS)

 

Database designed for a small/medium personal injury claim company which follows up calls and handles clients including an automated backup - storage system designed and written in Paradox & Visual Basic in Windows NT Server.

 

Projects developed during the year 2000 on wards

Mainly developing diagnostic test software for new devices using FTDI USB and RS-232 protocols for analysing and testing prototype microprocessor test boards which use either full logic or RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Commands) PIC logic which simply is a single chip computer.

Most of the coding on there older systems were possibly developed in the standard programming language installed in the ROM which would possibly be BASIC apart from a few machine code based machines such as Einstein, QL, Sharp MZ-700 which started up at MOS level which I have also developed code for as well based around the Z80, 6502 & 68000 range of processors.

 

() basically means I used to use the base programming language in ROM.

() basically means I used the internal ROM Debug manager supplied or Assembler.
